Short Review (Summary): I was looking for a nice case that didn’t take up much space. I wanted to be able to toss my Spark and its Controller in my messenger bag and just go without worrying about it getting damaged! This case is a DREAM FOR THAT!! It’s a hard case so I have no worries about my spark getting crushed or damaged.. It provides great protection for my spark and my spark fits in it nicely.. Case is very well made and very high quality!
1.) Great Value – Fair Price for the case and the quality makes it a great value
2.) Provides GREAT protection for my Spark
3.) Durable and Smooth Zippers
4.) Includes wire harness for USB Cables
5.) Can clip on your belt if you wish but I don’t use the belt clip
6.) Includes case for both the spark and controller
Overall: This isn’t my everyday case, I still have my hard box that I keep the spark in BUT this is the case I use when I am out and about and want to toss my spark in my backpack!! This case is so awesome I also got one for my Mavic!!! I highly recommend this case

Short Review (Summary): Excellent Keyboard, One that fixes one of Microsofts Flaws.. Now don’t get me wrong, I actually like the Microsoft Keyboards (The type covers) but the flaw I speak of is the fact that Microsoft hasn’t came out with a keyboard like this for the pro 4 surfaces! We all know they can, the Surface book has one but Microsoft refuses to make a smaller version of the Surface Book keyboard for their Pro 4 tablets! I would gladly spend $200+ on an official one from Microsoft if they made it! With that being said, this keyboard from Brydge Technologies is EXCELLENT! It has a premium feel, it works GREAT, and the touchpad is fine! Thank you Brydge for doing this! Maybe Microsoft can learn from you all!
My Use: I use on a Surface Pro 4 and have been using this almost exclusively for 1 month now.. No issues and battery still charged! After 1 month, its still at a green level charge even!.. No damage has been done to my surface either
Tips (First I would like to address some of the complaints I have read as an IT guy)
1.) You can set the touchpad to be disabled if you use another mouse.. This option is found in your system settings under mouse on Windows 10..
2.) The touchpad is very sensitive but this can also be changed under your system settings..
3.) Microsoft wont allow ANY third party company to use their port that the normal keyboards use.. Don’t blame Brydge, blame Microsoft for this.. I’m sure Brydge would use it if they could!!
4.) A lot of YouTube videos say they keyboard has to be turned on/off.. I never turn mine off and have used it for over a month now on the first charge.. It will SLEEP when you close you Surface..
5.) This comes setup for the surface pro 4 or the new surface pro tablets.. BUT you have rubber inserts for Surface 3 tablets
1.) Very strong Bluetooth connection.. This works just as well as expensive Bluetooth keyboards, like apple keyboards and whatnot
2.) Has all the buttons that official Microsoft Surface Type Covers have.. It includes volume buttons, email buttons, play buttons and more.. Mostly in the same place as the type cover buttons so no need to learn new buttons
3.) Keyboard feels GREAT in hand and keys are very comfortable to use..
4.) Backlight is great and can be turned off
5.) I have been using mine very heavily for a month now and still on the original charge
6.) Easy to read battery indicator. Just press the battery button!
7.) Easy to pair
8.) Quick Start guide will have you up and running in 2 minutes or less
9.) VERY premium build and materials! This doesn’t feel like some cheap crappy keyboard! It is very nice and has an expensive Surface or Apple feel to it
10.) I have NEVER dropped any keystrokes! It always registers them all everytime and the first time!
11.) Price – This only cost slightly more than a regular Surface Type cover!
12.) Turns the Surface Pro 4 into a SURFACE BOOK type tablet
13.) Matches the Surface perfectly! Looks like Microsoft built this!
14.) Feels GREAT using on your lap or in the car or on a plane!
15.) Holds the surface VERY WELL!! I have no worries my surface will fall out of this keyboard!
Cons (Advice to Brydge)
1.) No Battery Bank – I know it would be fairly hard to charge the surface from a battery in the Keyboard but even a built in battery bank would work wonders!
2.) No USB hub – I would gladly plug this keyboard into my one USB slot (If you provide a slim cable) and it would be great if the Keyboard had a USB Hub built in!
Overall: I hope Microsoft learns from this and learns that their is a market for hard keyboards like their Surface Book Keyboard.. There is no reason, other than them not wanting to, to not provide us with the option to buy keyboards like this.. I hope Brydge is very successful with this Keyboard and hope that Microsoft learns and makes one themselves!
Short Review (Summary): Another excellent Quad by DJI! Packs up small, much quitter than the Phantom 4, and causes less “Fuss”.. By Fuss, I mean less people bother you while flying because they really don’t know what it is until its in the air. Easy to travel with and is an upgrade over my ORIGINAL Phantom 4! Keep in mind, newer Phantom 4 quads do have better cameras than the Mavic so keep that in mind when trying to figure out what quad is best for you!!
1.) Folds up SMALL – Folds ALMOST as small as my DJI Spark!
2.) Easy to Fly!
3.) Easy to Update – Personally, I always use DJI assistant to update my quads BUT that isn’t really needed.. This updates fine from the app on your phone
4.) Excellent Photo Quality
5.) Smaller motors = Quitter flights!
6.) Good Battery Life – 20 – 30 Minutes
7.) Battery Charges Quickly
8.) Battery can be charged from my Goal Zero Sherpa 100 (See link below) (Make sure you buy the inverter to go with the Sherpa as well)
9.) Works with Litchi (A DJI Go Alternative) – but keep in mind that if you have DJI Care, you will need to use DJI Go
10.) Excellent Build Quality
11.) Loaded with safety features – Obstacle avoidance, limiters on height and distance (If you want), RTH (Return to Home) when you lose signal (Make sure you set this in your app), RTH when battery is about to die, GPS, Compass, and more! This is very safe to fly
12.) DJI Care – They make it easy to buy DJI Care! You have 48 hours after you activate to buy it from DJIs site.. Easy to do and easy to buy!! (Keep in mind, DJI Care doesn’t cover fly-aways)
13.) Tons of following – A lot of folks us and a lot of companies support this quad meaning it is very easy to find parts, accessories, and other items for it! Amazon is loaded with them!!
This or the Spark? I love both my Mavic and Spark! I use the spark as a fun flying quad at parks and places.. I also take it with me when I might want a selfie or group shop.. The spark being so small, most cops and other folks think it is a toy quad so they leave you alone.. The mavic on the other hand has a much better camera but can cause a fuss at times due to its size! So make sure you follow all rules with the Mavic (You should follow rules with all quads though).. Both have about the same range BUT the Mavic has a better battery meaning it can actually fly a much further range! If you plan to fly miles at a time, I suggest the Mavic! But you will be very happy with both quads or either quad! Both are great but both have their pluses!.
Mavic or Phantom? I can say my original Phantom 4 does seem to do better at the beach and in wind but the Mavic does just fine in those places as well.. With that being said, the new Phantom 4s do have a better camera! My older Phantom 4 has about the same camera as my Mavic so I do feel the Mavic is an upgrade from my older Phantom 4
Overall: Great quad, one that is very easy and simple to fly!! I highly recommend this to anyone
Short Review: I have owned a lot of HOBBYTIGER items in the past so when I purchased my Mavic last week, I decided to go with them for the case!!! This case is simply AMAZING and I only have one suggestion to Hobbytiger if they ever want to improve this case. What is that suggestion?
Suggestion: Place thicker foam on the lid.. At times I can hear my Mavic or controller bouncing around due to the top foam not being very thick.. Is this a protection issue for my Mavic? I do not believe so, this case seems to protect it very well!!
1.) Small but HOLDS a lot!! – The case is small but holds a lot! What’s the point of a Mavic if you are buying a very large case for it? Exactly!
2.) Mavic is a snug fit – Should provide GREAT protection for it
3.) Nice Cutouts – Cutouts are very nice!
4.) Can hold 3 batteries – one in the mavic, and two spares! YES THE BATTERY slot works great and the batteries fit fine even though the stick up!
5.) Very good controller cutout!
6.) Excellent Price
7.) Case seems to be built very well! Not as nice as a real pelican but you pay for those! This case is wonderful!
Overall: Wonderful case! I highly recommend this case to anyone!! ITS AWESOME
Excellent DEVICE!! This thing has the SPECS of my IMAC but it is essentially a Tablet!! When I was buying it, someone else was looking at one and said “Ohhh its like an IPAD” the I said, “an Ipad on steroids! Spec wise this is more like a macbook”.. Anyways with that being said I LOVE MINE.. With that being said, I ended up getting mine from Microsoft directly because of their AMAZING bundle deals (See below)
My Use: I am a student and Windows on my IMAC Crashed (Due to an IMAC issue) and I needed something semi powerful to run Access and a few other school applications.. This SURFACE works very well for that and I have found that I am using it for more and more everyday!
Version: I got the i5 with 8GB of ram and a type cover
1.) Powerful – This really is essentially a laptop when it comes to specs.. The i5, while not the newest processor, is a very powerful processor.. It is strong enough for video editing of 4K video, photo editing, and basic gaming!! I have been playing Cities Skylines now on mine without any isses
2.) All in one DEVICE – Tablet! You got it here! Laptop!! You got it here!! Streaming Media Device! You Got it here!! Feels great in hand as a tablet and works very well on your lap as a laptop!
3.) Sits on your lap with a type cover – I hear mixed reviews on this BUT I do get this to sit on my lap with the type cover.. Just like a real laptop!! No issues doing this for me!
4.) Battery Life – The downside of the i5 version, instead of the core M version is the battery life isn’t nearly as good.. But after testing the core M and the i5 side by side, I could feel the difference between the two processors!! The core M was much more sluggish than the i5 so I feel battery life is a good trade off.. If you don’t need the power go for the M version.. The M version DOES STILL have a lot of power
5.) Media Device – GREAT DEVICE for Media!! At the time of this review, if you buy from Microsoft you even get 3 months of free Hulu.. This tablet works WONDERFULLY with Hulu, Netflix, Pandora, and other streaming services!!!
6.) FULL WINDOWS – I know, a lot of people have mixed reviews when it comes to Windows 8.1 and 10.. It’s growing on me BUT this is a full Windows device.. That means you are not limited to tablet apps.. You can download anything that can be installed on Windows Systems..
7.) WORK, relax, OR PLAY!!! Office works GREAT on it, it plays steam games fine on medium graphics (Older games it plays fine on high graphics), and like I said it works GREAT with relaxing to movies while streaming on netflix
8.) Includes USB port – Grab a USB hub if you need more ports but with everything being wireless now, I really don’t use the USB port much at all
9.) Full customization – Don’t like the stock versions?? Go to Microsoft directly and you can build your own surface!!!
10.) VALUE (Bundles) – This is honestly a great product especially if you take advantage of the bundles at Microsoft stores!! For mine, I got the Surface and the type cover for regular price minus 10% for my student discount! BUT they offered a bundle that included FREE extended warranty with accident protection! Free sleeve! Free 1 year of Microsoft Office! And free 3 months of Hulu!! Wonderful deal if you ask me
11.) Microsoft Complete Care – Great warranty service.. Again, I got mine for free with a bundle BUT I dropped my first surface.. Took it to the Microsoft Kiosk at the mall and paid my $50/fee and walked out with a BRAND NEW ONE.. no questions asked!! Just a few jokes about being more careful was all!!
12.) Small! Takes up no space in a backpack!!
13.) MicroSD Card Slot – I use my Surface a lot for photo and video editing now.. This takes up a lot of memory!! I have purchased a 128GB MicroSD card to expand my memory. This is really something I didn’t expect to do much on my Surface, but I have found that video and photo editing works VERY WELL on it! I just needed more memory BUT I HAVE THAT MEMORY!! Plus, I can plug my GoPro memory card directly into the Surface and do all the editing on it
Overall: Coming from a Mac fan I really enjoy this Windows Device!! I found it easy to use, very powerful, and a WELL BUILT product.. It might not be for everyone but this is a premium device, one made just as well and just as nice as Ipads or something else top of the line! I highly recommend this! I purchased it for school but found that I am using it more than my IMAC and tablets I own!
