Adam’s NEW Swirl Killer 15mm LT (Long Throw) Polisher

Short Review (Summary): I took my GFs Rouge to get a quote on paint correction. It is full of swirls, but nothing major.. I was given a quote of around $200. I decided to pick this up during Adams fall Sale and got the swirl killer, pads, and polish for only slightly more than the quote I received to have my car professionally done.

Please Note: I am not a professional and had never done a real paint correction.. Yeah I have taken a buffer to a car but nothing like this. I was able to watch the videos provided by Adams and get professional results myself in under 5 hours.

Tips
1.) I first used adams detail spray and a clay bar to get rid of the few major issues my paint bad. Worked wonderfully well!

2.) Adams offers several different types of Polishes. My car wasn’t bad so I didn’t need to use my heavy correction polish or my finishing polish.. the regular orange correcting polished work great first time

3.) Adams offers color coded pads but Adams pads aren’t required to use this polisher. (I however used adams pads)

4.) I finished up with buttery was and it looks great!

5.) Adams pads are thick and make it easy to detail even hard to reach spots but if you have a curvey car, you might want a swirl killer mini as well.. I don’t own one and didn’t use one.

Pros
1.) Excellent price for a prosumer product.. this isn’t a pro polisher but it’s much better than a cheap consumer polisher.. I feel comfortable saying this is a nice weekend warrior, prosumer product

2.) Plenty of power and never bogged down.

3.) Very long power cord!

4.) Includes trigger lock

5.) Very quite machine compared to some on the market.. Very smooth as well! It killed the habor freight machine i tried before this. It was LOUD and TONS of vibration.. The swirl killer from Adams doesn’t vibrate and is much quitter

6.) Excellent Customer Service – Adams will give you tips, advice, videos, and more.. just contact them for help!

7.) Great Quality! – Beats the Harbor Freight Polisher I tried before this quality wise by a lot! Quality is excellent

Overall: I am not a professional and this was my first real polish. Adams made it easy and simple! I highly recommend this

Boosted 2nd Generation Dual+ Electric Skateboard

Use: Commuting to and from work (2 miles each way) and to travel with to commute to and from hotels!

First let’s do a little house keeping

1.) For those who complain about range. First, boosted boards have a much higher wattage motor than other boards.. this is how they achieve their speed and how they are able to climb hills.. But, the standard battery is just under the TSA limit of being able to be carried on a plane.. Keep in mind, boosted does offer a higher capacity battery but legally, it can’t be carried on planes. Since I use this for travel, I need the standard battery. Just charge whenever you see an outlet that’s open! Simple!

2.) I never skateboarded in my life when I got one of these.. By day two I was traveling over 10MPH without any issues.. day one was a piece of cake as well but I took it slow to learn.. Basically, you don’t have to be a skateboarder or longboarder to use this!

Pros
1.) Plenty of Speed
2.) Easy to use and learn
3.) Two battery sizes available. That that is TSA air travel friendly and one thats not, but gets a long range.
4.) Saves Money – Yes these are pricy but think about one trip that requires Uber, Cabs, or whatever.. how much do you spend? Exactly, these end up saving money and saving it very quickly..
5.) Most parts are standard so can be changed easily BUT boosted does use some of the best parts out there (again, making this board a good value) so upgrades shouldn’t be needed.
6.) Charges Faily quickly so easy to charge while at work or whatnot.. can be charged at any outlet. I have charged mine in coffee shops while I wait, donut shops, fast food joints that are setup for laptop charging and more.. if you charge anywhere you can, you shouldn’t need to worry about running out of juice.. mines never been dead
7.) Fairly easy to manually push if you are out of juice
8.) Although not recommended, accidentally hitting water or running into puddles has never bothered mine.. I try not to use it on days where they are calling for rain but have been caught in a few storms or pop-up showers.. never had any issues
9.) Great quality board.. has just enough give to make it comfortable, but strong enough not to worry about it breaking

Overall: Simple to use, easy to learn, great distance, and very high quality!
